We know the past couple of months have been tough and as such self-care is more important than ever. Therefore, we are partnering with Enthuse on their Happy Hour initiative throughout October with the aim of doing something to boost the mental well-being of you and those around you.
Anyone can take part as it is completely flexible and it can be done from anywhere at any time. Simply, take one hour a day to complete an activity, challenge someone else or ask for a donation in return, easy-peasy!
Taking Part in Happy Hour is a great opportunity to try something new and keep you and your mind active; from introducing mindfulness practice to staying connected with friends/family, doing more exercise to giving back to the community.

Once you have joined the event you will be able to post images, videos and updates to your fundraising page, and connect to Strava if your hour is fitness related! We've put together some ideas below to get you started!
