Simion Koech

Simion manages Dig Deep’s finance and administration functions in Kenya, ensuring compliance, accountability and effective use of resources to support the charity’s mission. He first joined Dig Deep in 2025 after over a decade of experience in financial management, auditing and administration, including roles with Kenya Women Microfinance Bank and Kiptagich Tea Factory. A Certified Public Accountant with an MSc in Finance and Accounting from KCA University, Simion is passionate about strengthening systems that enable long-term impact.
