Martin joined Dig Deep in 2024 as Partnership Director to lead on growing and strengthening the increasing number of programmatic and fundraising partnerships which make our team’s vital work possible.

Martin is a seasoned Business Development & Economic Empowerment specialist with over 25 years of experience working in countries including Cote d’Iviore, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, Uganda, Ghana, Malawi, Nigeria, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Martin holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Rural Industries development and Management studies.
