Kevin Biegon
WASH Hub Manager
Kevin is the WASH Hub Manager at Dig Deep, bringing extensive expertise in public health and program management to advance water, sanitation, and hygiene initiatives. His work focuses on four key areas: fostering collaboration among NGOs, private sector partners, and county governments; delivering technical support and training to ensure alignment with national WASH standards; driving evidence-based decision-making through digitized data monitoring; and embedding WASH priorities into county budgets and development plans to ensure long-term sustainability.
Before joining Dig Deep, Kevin built over eleven years of experience in public health and WASH programming. He served as a Sanitation M&E Extender with UNICEF Kenya funded programs, where he supported three counties in implementing and monitoring WASH activities. His prior roles include managing HIV and community health programs at the National Organization of Peer Educators and the Kenya Red Cross Society. Backed by a robust background in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), Kevin is committed to utilizing data-driven strategies to improve public health outcomes and strengthen sanitation systems.
