Japheth Rutoh manages Dig Deep’s spring protection projects, overseeing construction, monitoring infrastructure, and delivering training on operation and maintenance to local water committees and communities. He first joined Dig Deep as an intern before stepping into his current role. Japheth is passionate about empowering communities with the knowledge and skills to safeguard their own water resources for the long term.
